Disclaimer & Data Sources

OreLens Terminal is a research and data tool in public beta. It is not investment advice, and it may contain errors. Read this page before relying on anything shown here.
1. Not investment advice
Nothing on this Service is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and nothing is a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy, sell, or short any security. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or analyst in any jurisdiction, and no content here creates an advisor–client relationship. All output — including A–F dilution grades, conviction scores, "The Assayer" thesis grading, screener results, warrant tables, share-count histories, runway estimates, raise-window predictions, and promotional-activity flags — is the mechanical output of an automated rules engine applied to public data. It reflects mathematical computations, not human research, personal opinions about any issuer's management or prospects, or accusations of wrongdoing by any person or company.
2. Data sources
All information is compiled from publicly available sources, including: issuer regulatory filings on SEDAR+ (sedarplus.ca) and SEC EDGAR (sec.gov); issuer news releases and investor-relations materials; newswire services; and third-party market data providers including EOD Historical Data and Yahoo Finance. OreLens does not use material non-public information, and we do not independently audit or verify the underlying public sources. Figures can differ between sources (for example, basic vs. fully diluted share counts, or share counts stated in different filing types), and we may not reflect the most recent source in every case.
3. Errors, delays & data currency
Automated parsing of financings, warrants, options, share counts, debt, and cash balances can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date — particularly for complex capital structures, recent private placements, flow-through offerings, bridge loans, ATM programs, and instruments announced but not yet filed. Market data may be delayed. Each company profile displays a "Data as of" date and, where available, the date of the financials shown; the site's data bundle is regenerated on a scheduled basis and the timestamp appears in the site footer. Data can change after our last refresh and before you read it. Before acting on anything shown here, verify it against the issuer's original filings and news releases (SEDAR+, SEC EDGAR, company IR pages). Where available we link the source document for that purpose.
4. Corrections & right of reply (issuers and readers)
We want to be accurate and we correct errors promptly. If you are an officer, director, or representative of a covered issuer — or any reader — and believe any figure, grade input, or statement on this Service is inaccurate or outdated, contact us at Austin@juniorminingmedia.com with the ticker, the figure in question, and a link to the source filing or release. Verified corrections are incorporated in the next data refresh, typically within 48 hours. Issuers are welcome to provide clarification; material issuer responses may be noted on the relevant company profile.
5. Independence — no compensation from covered issuers
OreLens and its operator are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or compensated by any issuer covered on this Service. We have not received and will not accept payment, shares, warrants, or other consideration from any issuer (or its promoters) for coverage, grades, rankings, or placement. Grades and screener positions are determined solely by the published rules engine. OreLens and its operator currently hold no positions in covered securities; if that ever changes, it will be disclosed here. Coverage of an issuer is not an endorsement or a condemnation of that issuer.
6. Grades are opinion, not fact — and not accusations
Letter grades (A–F) and scores are automated, opinion-based classifications derived from public data using a fixed methodology; reasonable people can disagree with any methodology. A low grade describes a capital-structure and dilution profile as measured by our rules — it is not a statement that an issuer has done anything improper, illegal, or fraudulent, and it is not a prediction of insolvency or failure. Many legitimate, well-run companies raise capital frequently; dilution is a normal feature of the junior mining business model.
7. Risk warning
Junior mining securities are highly speculative and can go to zero. Short selling carries unlimited loss potential and may be restricted in your jurisdiction. Past patterns (including cohort studies of post-financing returns) do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and for compliance with securities laws in your jurisdiction (including short-sale, insider-trading, and market-manipulation rules). OreLens, its operator, and contributors accept no liability for losses arising from use of the Service. See our Terms of Service for the full disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability.
